HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
All orders will receive an email confirmation with your order # and details.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
If we have the item in stock it will ship within 24-48 hours. Expected delivery is 3-7 days depending on the destination. Because some of our items are handmade by artisan vendors it sometimes can take a couple weeks to fill your order. When this occurs, we will contact you with an expected ship date.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent in your confirmation email which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We offer store credit on returns and exchanges on un-used items within 20 days of receipt of purchase. Just email us at email@example.com if you have an issue and need a return authorization.
